Inspire the next generation
A unique learning experience for 14-18 year olds - Mission Discovery
The International Space Station Educational Trust
ISSET was founded in 1998 by Chris Barber in the UK. Their mission is to use the people at the heart of human space exploration to inspire and motivate students from all backgrounds to realise their potential, grow their confidence, and help them achieve their dreams in whichever field they choose.
World View are delighted to partner with ISSET to open up opportunities to young people to experience a unique, and potentially life changing experience and learning, such as working with astronauts and getting their ideas carried out on the International Space Station
Would your school like to contribute to inspiring the next generation to explore STEM opportunities, by meeting astronauts, Nasa personnel and creating their own experiment in a team? The chosen experiment will be sent to the International Space Station (ISS) where it will be carried out, and the results sent back to earth.
If you are a business, a sponsorship could be transformational for young people. If you are inspired by this opportunity to become a sponsor, this begins at £800 per individual place, or £5000 for 6 places. There is also the opportunity for larger support for a complete programme. The sky is not the limit!
ISSET also offer tailored programmes for leadership development in businesses and teams worldwide.

Are you a School or Business who would like to find out more?
ISSET offer ‘Launch Prize for Schools’, where the schools run their own private competition exclusively for their pupils. The students learn from NASA Astronauts and Space Scientists in a series of LIVE webinars beamed straight into the school. The challenge for students is to design a real space experiment. The best one is picked and flown on a SpaceX Rocket to the International Space Station (ISS) where Astronauts on board conduct the experiment in microgravity and send the findings back down to Earth.
ISSET also offer ‘Mission Discovery’ which has similar objectives to the above, but invites students from every corner of the world to spend a week working in teams, under the guidance of NASA astronauts, NASA personnel, rocket scientists and world-renowned professors.
If you are a Business, the options include:
Sponsoring a student,
Sponsoring a number of students
Sponsoring whole school, in your local area perhaps to join the programme
Making ISSET your Corporate Social Responsibility focus
Tailored programmes for leadership development
